Overview
Morgan Esters is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has represented a broad range of corporate clients in all phases of litigation. Her experience includes conducting legal research, handling discovery matters, and drafting pleadings and motions, including dispositive and pre-trial motions. She has successfully argued motions regarding highly contested discovery disputes as well as procedural issues in federal and state court. Morgan also served as first-chair trial counsel in a federal constitutional claim jury trial that tried to a winning verdict.
