Overview
Nick Voran is a partner in the firm’s corporate and private equity groups, representing private equity funds, their portfolio companies, public companies and other businesses in acquisitions and sale transactions. During his career, Nick has advised on over 100 acquisition/sale transactions ranging from $500,000 to over $1 billion in deal value in a wide variety of industries including HVAC, information technology, telecommunication services, manufacturing, healthcare, food products, veterinarian practices, urban farming, asphalt, roofing, aerospace and defense, lawn care services, and franchise restaurants. This includes several international transactions involving companies with operations in Canada, India, the U.K., Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan and Ireland, among others.
Nick also regularly provides wide ranging legal advice to portfolio companies and other businesses, advising them on daily corporate general matters such as regulatory compliance, general equity matters and commercial agreements and dispute negotiations.
In addition to his client work, Nick has been involved with firm projects and committees related to, among other matters, information technology advances, new attorney development and recruiting efforts.
