Honigman LLP Advises Duro-Last on Its $1.293 Billion Sale to Holcim

On March 31, 2023, Duro-Last, Inc., a U.S. leader in commercial roofing systems headquartered in Saginaw, Michigan, consummated its previously announced sale to a subsidiary of Holcim Group Services Ltd, a global building materials conglomerate, for $1.293 billion. Duro-Last is recognized for its leadership in innovation and sustainability.

Honigman LLP represented Duro-Last, Inc. and its affiliates in the transaction.  Honigman’s deal team was led by corporate partners Tracy Larsen and Jordan Schwartz with associates Nick Voran and Mazen Hajali.
