Rachel Rhodes is a corporate attorney who focuses her practice on venture capital, securities law transactions and general corporate matters.
Rachel represents private companies in venture capital financing and advises start-up companies on all corporate, transactional and financing matters. Rachel also represents public companies in securities law compliance, corporate governance and capital markets transactions.
