Matthew Radler is a labor and employment attorney who focuses his practice on counseling clients on solutions to employment compliance problems and litigating noncompete, wage and hour, trade secret and employment discrimination matters.

  • Advises clients on employment policies and practices to safeguard company assets and manage liability risk.
  • Defends clients in wage and hour, employment discrimination, and restrictive covenant lawsuits.
  • Enforces companies’ contractual and legal rights in non-compete and trade secrets disputes.
  • Drafts and reviews executive employment agreements and related contracts, including non-compete, arbitration and separation agreements.
  • Counsels clients on compliance with an array of federal, state and municipal laws governing wages and working conditions, reductions in force, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, workplace safety, civil rights, and enforcement of restrictive covenants, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Sales Representative Commissions Act, the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
  • Assists transaction teams with labor and employment issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions.
